It would make it easier to spot the key modules/authors. e.g. Adrian Howard looks far more prominent (probably due to 'Test::Exception') than Dave Rolsky with hundreds of distributions depending on DateTime, Moose, Mason, Exception-Class, ... otherwise a big thank you for providing an new view on CPAN for future versions of the map it would be extremely interesting to see how this map looks like when you omit build dependencies, and show only module dependencies.
